The pool was refreshing and the spacious rooms were clean. the staff were helpful and polite. the hotel's location was great as it was close to local restaurants and shops, which made it easy to find good food and souvenirs.
Our experience during Christmas was disappointing as the reception staff lacked clear guidelines on charges and keeping guests informed about room changes. We waited for over an hour to move to another room due to a broken air conditioning system.

The hotel staff were welcoming and accommodating, making my weekend stay a pleasant experience. The comfortable bed added to the relaxed atmosphere, giving me a peaceful night's sleep. That the parking area was far from the hotel entrance, which could be inconvenient with heavy luggage. Furthermore, there seemed to be some confusion among the hotel staff regarding charges and room changes, leading to a delay in addressing issues.

This hotel provides friendly service and comfortable rooms, with sufficient space and clean facilities. the pool is a good spot for relaxation and the free parking option is useful. the staff is mostly helpful and the bed is surprisingly comfortable. Unfortunately, room slippers are not provided as was requested.
The hotel needs improvement in terms of staff training and room guidelines to avoid delays, such as the broken air conditioning system on the 15th floor.
